This Pre-Information Form is provided to the Buyer prior to confirming the reservation, in accordance with Article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. Before proceeding to payment, the Buyer declares — by ticking the consent box — that this Form has been read and accepted.

2. Essential Characteristics of the Service
The essential characteristics of the tour you select (Bosphorus tour, dinner cruise, etc.) — departure pier, duration, inclusions/exclusions, party size, child policy — are shown in detail on the product page and the order summary. The order summary you confirm at the payment step constitutes the product description of this contract.
3. Total Price & Payment
- All prices are VAT-inclusive; add-ons are charged per person.
- The total displayed in the order summary is the final amount payable; no hidden fees.
- Payment is taken via PCI-DSS certified Iyzico with 3D Secure. Lufer Tour does not store card data on its servers.
4. Place and Time of Performance
The service is performed on the date/time you have selected and at the pier/meeting point indicated on the product page. In case of operational necessity, pier/time changes are notified at least 6 hours in advance via e-mail/SMS.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 15(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, no 14-day right of withdrawal applies to leisure/entertainment contracts performed on a specific date. Our tours and tickets fall within this exception.
However, refund rights may arise under our Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the tour: 100% refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours, late arrivals or no-shows: no refund.
- Weather, force majeure or Seller-driven cancellations: alternative date or 100% refund.
6. Marketing & Cookie Preferences
Subject to your explicit consent, our website may carry out anonymous measurement via Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel. You may change your preferences at any time from the Cookie Banner. Where an affiliate partner referred you, only anonymised conversion data (UTM and order ID) is shared with that partner.
