Participation Rules (Tour Rules)
To ensure a safe and enjoyable cruise for all guests, Tolerance Seyahat Turizm ve Organizasyon Anonim Şirketi (“Lufer Tour”) requires the following participation rules to be observed. By making a reservation, you accept these rules.
1. Boarding Times
- Please be at the indicated pier/meeting point at least 30 minutes before boarding.
- The boat departs on schedule; late guests are not boarded and no refund is issued.
- Pier details are in your booking confirmation e-mail; operational changes are notified at least 6 hours in advance via e-mail/SMS.
2. Identification
All guests (adults and children) must carry a valid ID document (national ID card, driver's licence, passport). Guests who cannot present ID may be denied boarding.
3. Child & Infant Policy
- 0-2 years: Free, on parent's lap.
- 3-12 years: Discounted rate (see product page).
- 13+ years: Adult rate.
- All guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
4. Conduct Rules
- Guests under heavy influence of alcohol or drugs are not boarded.
- Disruptive noise, physical assault, property damage or behaviour disturbing other guests results in removal without refund.
- Captain's safety instructions must be followed.
- Smoking/e-cigarettes are prohibited inside the boat (open deck only, where available).
5. Food & Beverage
Outside food/drink is not permitted on the boat. Products are available from the on-board bar.
6. Health Conditions
Guests who are pregnant, have serious cardiac/back issues, limited mobility or similar conditions should contact us in advance at [email protected]. Liability is limited where conditions are not declared in advance.
7. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal items. Lufer Tour is not liable for items lost or forgotten on board; found items are stored for 30 days.
8. Emergencies
In emergencies, instructions from the captain and crew must be strictly followed. Life jackets are accessible on board; their locations are shown during the safety briefing.
